im lookin for someone to train with me on a regular weekly basis, maybe 2 or 3 nights a week. Would like to do general types of fitness activities after work such as jogging/running, pushups, situps, and other types of boot-camp type stuff, even the beep test. I like to mark and record my progression from week to week as it gives me the motivation to continue doing it. My fitness level at the moment i would probably describe as average. Im willing to travel-within reason- if i can find a committed partner.

I have been sprinting for 2 years with Hills Athletics club in NSW.
I run distances 100m through to the 800m.
800m is my pet event. I won a gold medal at Australian All schools 2007 for the 400m qualified for state finals in the 100m, 200m and the 800m. ll placing in the top five.
I have never trained fulltime, I am looking for a local athletics club and or coach that trains 800m distance runners.
