I've now bought a all-terrain MTB in hopes of starting up riding again, for fun and fitness.

Hi,
I am 61 years of age and ride my bike on average twice a week on the M7 cycleway commencing from Kings Langley.
I only took up riding approx 18 months ago now, and rode with my son in the 82klm MS Gong ride and 104klm Bobbin Classic (cramped up towards the end but completed both).
Is there a group of senior aged riders that ride say up to 40 - 50 klms every weekend?
I am interested in riding further than this once my fitness level improves, as my recent commitment to riding on a regular basis has been rather poor.
