There is a 6 week boxing program held at the Upper Limits Gym Stamford Grand North Ryde. It's on Wednesday nights at 5:30pm and 6:30pm There is also a Fitness Challenge on at the same place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15am - no gym membership required which is great!
