im lookin for someone to train with me on a regular weekly basis, maybe 2 or 3 nights a week. Would like to do general types of fitness activities after work such as jogging/running, pushups, situps, and other types of boot-camp type stuff, even the beep test. I like to mark and record my progression from week to week as it gives me the motivation to continue doing it. My fitness level at the moment i would probably describe as average. Im willing to travel-within reason- if i can find a committed partner.

There is a 6 week boxing program held at the Upper Limits Gym Stamford Grand North Ryde. It's on Wednesday nights at 5:30pm and 6:30pm
There is also a Fitness Challenge on at the same place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15am - no gym membership required which is great! It's not expensive, well run and facilities are very good. Please contact me if you're interested...
