Racquetball is an indoor court sport similar to squash but played with a shorter racquet, a hollow rubber ball, and without tin restrictions, resulting in a faster-paced game with fewer rules to learn. It provides an excellent cardiovascular workout and develops reflexes and hand-eye coordination.
