I have been rock climbing for about 5 years or so. I climb indoors at hardrock int he CBD (top rope and lead) and also go away for outdoor rockclimbing trips around Victoria. I can lead and second and I do have a rock climbing partner, but I am always ready to meet more people.

Hey guys! :) This is a bit early post but anyway! I am coming to Australia on August 2nd (flying to Melbourne) and staying until September 13th (flying back from Sydney).
I am looking for climbing and also travel partners on my way - firstly starting in Melbourne (climbing around there - Grampians etc) from around August 2 - 10th, then I am heading to Alice springs/Uluru, and further to Cairns and try to find climbing partners around Queensland (Frog buttress, glasshouse mountains and Mt coolum's cave..) after August 25th, and also around Sydney in Blue mountains (in September) - these are just approximate dates.
If anyone is planning to climb that time, just email me!
I am also looking for people to share a ride with (do a climbing trip together), maybe share relocation cars (?) on the way from Melbourne - Uluru, Uluru - Cairns, Cairns - Sydney.
I am mostly sport climbing (grade 7a - 7b), but would also love to do bouldering and trad.
