Looking for a running buddy for 2012 in the Eastern Suburbs (I'm based in Edgecliff). Havn't run in a few months so starting at the bottom but considering running a marathon at the end of the year so need to get the ks up! Will be starting with a slow 3-5ks and working up from there. Just getting back into the gym after a bit of a lull...hehe...am doing only about 5km's on the treadmill, with a combination of jogging and fast walking....so would not keep up with a speed demon. It would just be good to have someone to go with once or twice a week so we can egg one another on :).....Northern Beaches area

im lookin for someone to train with me on a regular weekly basis, maybe 2 or 3 nights a week. Would like to do general types of fitness activities after work such as jogging/running, pushups, situps, and other types of boot-camp type stuff, even the beep test. I like to mark and record my progression from week to week as it gives me the motivation to continue doing it. My fitness level at the moment i would probably describe as average. Im willing to travel-within reason- if i can find a committed partner.
