Hey just joined up to boxingfit at hoppers crossing, they have a pretty large gym there and easy to get to through freeway, but I go to most classes on my lonesome :( would be good to have someone to train with and motivate eachother to push further.
I haven't got a specific plan other then to go as much as possible after work and Sunday mornings. If anyone else is interested, it's only 20 a week, and pretty much replaces a gym, plus intense sessions, that are proposed to burn 1000 calories in 2 half hour sessions!
