Hi I have been doing triathlon/training for the last six months. I usually run around 30km per week, Cycle up to 160km per week and swim where possible. I am part of club however struggle to make all of the training sessions due work commitments.

I live in St Kilda and I'm new here - just moved from NSW so I'm still learning the best places to train.
