im a beginner at jetts fitness gosnells WA since 7th december 2015.
im currently doing cardio as in tredmill, rower & bike. im also doing leg press, biceps curl, leg press, shoulder press, triceps pull down & another machine that i cant remember the name of. im workout every monday to friday & have the weekend off but will try going every day.
i go to jetts gosnells around 8 - 9am & i'd love to have someone to do workouts with
