We can go slower&longer or faster shorter, trying different things&exercise methods but maybe we need to be in somewhat similar fitness level to start with. I am 51 years young, in good health and looking for a female running mate. I have been running on and off for about 15 years. I recently started running again after a long hiatus and am doing a half marathon in May 2021. I am a slow runner but do like long distance running. Slow and steady wins the race is my motto. I do varied runs; some days I run 3kms; 5kms; 8kms. I would like to find a running buddy to help me work towards the half marathon and to keep me motivated. Training between 6.00am-9.00am weekdays and weekends is ideal. Would prefer the St Kilda/Sth Yarra areas or within 5km radius of those areas.

Hi looking for a running buddy. I’m currently running 3.00 mins on 30 sec walk. My pace varies between 630 730 depending on how I feel. Happy to go slower than this. I need motivation at the moment. Max 5 km at this stage but should be able to build up to longer runs. Morning would be great but flexible to try and find a time that suits us both.
